1. We guarantee our customer's nails against breakage for 3 days from the service date.

2. There are no guarantees for customers with short nails beds when artificial nails are applied.

3. Please take the time to dry your nails completely, we cannot be responsible for repolishing once you leave the salon, but we will be more than happy to do a one time touch- up.

4. We cannot guarantee polish on natural nails since it does not last long.

5. We are not responsible for any irritation or allergic reactions associated with the wax .if you have allergies to the wax or any medication that may result in an allergic reaction from the wax, you must tell us before we start the process.

6. Parents/Guardians must be responsible for any activities or incidents caused by your children. Also, children are NOT allowed to run around in the salon.

7. Customers shall be responsible for all of your valuables and personal belongings.

8. Children 12 years old and under must have permission From parent or guardian before artificial nails can be applied.

9. All services are non-refundable.

10. Gift certificates are non-refundable. They can only be used for services.

11. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions such as diabetes, open cut/wounds, fungal nail infection, allergies, etc, please inform us before we perform the service.

12. If you are allergic to latex gloves, please inform us so we may use a different material for your safety.
13. Attention: We do not cut in-grown toenails or are able to treat any foot diseases. For these special procedures, please see a Podiatrist.
